Founded in 1997, uBid.com was a high-flyer in the height of the Internet craze. After an IPO, uBid survived the bubble burst but failed to regain it's original prominence.

We began working with uBid to refresh its strategic direction, brand positioning, and website user interface design.

We positioned uBid not as a competitor to eBay but as a destination for customers to "Outsmart Retail Prices" by giving them access to excess inventory from the world's most trusted brands through many $1 start auctions.

We also redesigned the entire e-commerce auction website. The redesign included fixing usability problems to increase conversion rates as well as an updated look and feel.

To date, uBid.com has sold over $2 billion of products.
